Dr. Martin Böckstiegel is a pioneer of harmonious logic as well as co-developer of the tools and methodology based on it, which he makes available to individuals and organisations as a lecturer, coach and consultant. Throughout his life he has philosophically and practically dealt with the different logics of social action and their consequences for people, economy and society.
Certified systemic organizational consultant (DGSF) and certified systemic coach (SG), business mediator (BIF). Many years of experience as a trainer and lecturer in business and science, including at the TU Berlin and the Systemic Center (wispo). Lectures and workshops on organizational and leadership topics, corporate culture, innovation and change, especially for entrepreneurs, self-employed and executives and their companies. Previously business lawyer in large law firms and multi-disciplinary practices as well as chief executive officer of knowledge management companies. Assessor examination in Berlin, study visits in Champaign/Urbana (USA) and Florence, law studies as a scholarship holder of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (German Academic Scholarship Foundation), law school exam and doctorate in Freiburg i.Br.
Dr. Elke Böckstiegel
Dr. Elke Böckstiegel is a practitioner and pioneer of harmonious logic and its application through tools and methodology, which she has decisively helped to develop. Her point of departure for dealing with social action is the productive use of the diversity of people and cultures, as is particularly evident in conflict and the procedures of constructive cooperation.
Certified systemic consultant (SG), systemic business developer (BIF). Training as a certified business mediator with the pioneers Himmelstein/Friedman (USA) and Mähler/Breidenbach/Henschel (D). Co-founder of the Academy for Business Mediation and Negotiation Management. Further training on, among other things, conflicts in groups (Trigon) and leadership topics (von Rundstedt). Many years of experience as a lecturer, e.g. at the TU Berlin and the Systemic Center (wispo), lectures on organizational and leadership topics. Previously in-house lawyer, business mediator, personnel and organisational developer (ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG). Assessor examination in Berlin, law studies in Würzburg, Caen (France) and Freiburg i.Br., where she also took her law school exam and doctorate.
